One of them Xiaomi 12S Ultra is packed with Xiaomi’s self-developed Surging P1 charging chip and Surging G1 battery management chip. Recently, renowned s digital blogger @Digital Chat Station share some information about the company’s new self-developed Xiaomi super-100W fast charging chip.

According to the Blogger, Xiaomi is working on two chips of single-cell Super 100W and dual-cell Super 100W, and both chips will use larger batteries. Some netizens have said that the chip is Xiaomi Pengpai P2, and they were shocked by the iteration of the chip.
The most important part of the report is that the single-cell Super 100-watt solution relies mainly on the new self-developed fast charging IC chip.
During this, Some netizens said that the chip was a new solution purchased by Nanxin, not developed by itself. However, Nanxin had earlier responded to such rumors by saying that the Xiaomi Pengpai P1 chip was designed by Xiaomi, and Nanxin Semiconductor was a foundry.

Xiaomi Pengpai P1 has a 4:1 ultra-high-efficiency architecture with an adaptive switching frequency. The resonant topology efficiency is as high as 97.5%, the non-resonant topology efficiency is 96.8%, and the heat loss is directly down to 30%. Also, Xiaomi claims that the Pengpai P1 is the industry’s first resonant charging chip.
The Xiaomi 12 Pro is the first smartphone powered by the Surging P1 P1 to support wired 120W surging second charging, 50W wireless second charging, and 10W wireless reverse charging.
